Introduction: Certificate in the following: The Graston Technique, Bamboo Fusion, Advanced Cupping, and Massage Therapy . Also provide Normatec Pulse Pro 2.0. I graduated from a sports & medical massage college that is not only State accredited, Nationally accredited, but also approved by the Federal Department of Education. This college focused on advanced skills & pursued excellence in training of compassionate, clinical, & client focused massage therapists. I'm very proud to have learned so much about Massage through this school as well as many hours of continuing education, including my advanced Cupping Certificate. (side note: I'm the first practitioner in Indiana to earn it via International Cupping Therapy Association!). Also certified in Bamboo Fusion, a luxurious relaxational and therapeutic massage utilizing warm Bamboo sticks. Also certified in The Graston Technique, stainless steel instruments mainly used by Chiropractors and Physical Therapists for many benefits. I spent 3 years with a chiropractic office before venturing out on my own. With that experience, I've learned to help those with all sorts of pain/discomforts such as: head, neck, back pain, sciatica, as well as athletes in all sorts of pain with piriformis, psoas, plantar, shin splits, etc. Yes, I can do Swedish, Deep Tissue, & Prenatal. But I also do a lot of Therapeutic Work, meaning every massage is customized to my client. No massage is ever the same. Being Indy's Elite Massage, I expect Elite Results with every client and I do my best to deliver my goal. Please note: I am a professional. I am certified and licensed in my line of work. I do not offer "sensual" massages, "hot oils", or any other shady/unethical acts of this profession. If that is what you are looking for, please don't look for a Massage Therapist as it is an embarrassment to the industry. Thank you. A little about cupping: Advanced cupping and therapeutic massage customized for each individual to enhance performance, ease pain, and improve overall health (physically, spiritually, and emotionally). Payment: I accept the following forms of payment: credit card, cash, & check. Very seldom do I carry cash on me so I may not be able to have change should you need it. When writing a check, please make it payable to Indy's Elite Massage. Thank you. I'm fascinated by the power of massage including The Graston Technique, Bamboo Fusion, & Cupping! I'm blessed to educate massage students, my clients, and even Indiana (via channel 8 news) about the oldest and most amazing modality that exists in the massage profession (Cupping). The results of cupping is astonishing! Watching my clients succeed in their goals and improving their health is very rewarding. That's why I love what I do. Please note that I do not travel to hotels or homes.

Massage Therapy

I went to see Elizabeth for a prenatal massage. She answered my inquiry quickly and we were able to get something on the calendar ASAP. She was very knowledgable and I felt confident she knew how to great care for me in pregnancy. She kindly accommodated for my specific needs with having an autoimmune disease. I left feeling absolutely incredible and would definitely recommend her!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

First -time visits: $70/60 mins, $100/90 mins, & $130/120 mins. After the first visit, regular rates are: $85/60 mins, $105/90 mins, $145/120 mins.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education is as follows: Master's in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University 2011 Massage School: Indiana Massage College, also known as Indiana College of Sports & Medical Massage 2013 Cupping Certification (Basic Education & Advanced Education): International Cupping Therapy Association 2014, 2015 - first Massage Therapist in the State of Indiana to receive the Advanced Certificate. Also, one of the first Massage Therapists in the United States to earn a Certificate in The Graston Technique. One of three Massage Therapists in Indiana to have Certificate in Bamboo-Fusion.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First, make sure your therapist is certified or licensed and legally able to work in this profession! Massage is part of the health industry and requires knowledge and understanding of the human anatomy, physiology, & pathology. So it's imperative that your therapist has that knowledge and is certified by the State of Indiana! Secondly, if you are seeking Massage for health reasons, it's a great idea to make sure you are cleared by your doctor. For example, if you just had surgery and in pain, please consult your physician first. Prenatal clients, it is contraindicated to massage you during your first trimester. So please wait till your 2nd trimester in order to receive a massage. If you are a high risk, you may need to consult your physician as well.
