FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project or assignment is unique as it's based on the individual client, as no two people are exactly the same their expectations will also be different. My pricing is based on what the client is looking for. I try to be flexible and competitive. I am willing to negotiate a final charge based on by the hour, by the project, or on a retainer basis. I feel the key is to create value for my clients and build a recognized return on their investment in my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with asking my client what they are looking for. Establishing their expectations and getting a clear view of what they imagine the end result should be is my primary focus. From this point constant communication; before, during and after the shoot assures my clients' satisfaction when the assignment is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) which requires annual continuing education programs and recertification on a regular basis. I've completed courses in continuing education at the Winona College of Professional Photography. I've completed multiple continuing education courses through the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and the Great Lakes Institute of Professional Photography (GLIP).
