- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to charge a flat rate either per job, or per hour. Each person's circumstance is different, and the state of each person's resume is in different shape. I want to be fair to myself, and to my client in terms of pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Kelly School of business and Harvard Business school offer career counseling services. Both have offered me professional resume writing tips and career counseling advice. Both resources have been helpful to me in delivering a quality product for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have done a fair amount of career searching myself, resume writing for friends and family. I enjoy helping people find the job or career that will make them happy. A good resume and cover letter can get you in the door. Many talented and successful people miss out on wonderful career opportunities because their sub par resume eliminates them from the running.
