- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straight forward and listed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a 20-30 minute discovery call to answer your questions about pricing and services along with a discussion about the goals you have for the property. That is followed by a visit to the property together. From there if you choose to hire us we'll get your property listed or take on your existing tenant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served 25 years in the US Navy. At one point I was the Executive Officer for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit ONE overseeing the operations and training of 220 Sailors and Marines. I have a Masters Degree in Project Management from George Washington University. I have an Indiana Brokers License. I also have an Affiliate Realtor on the team with +30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
