It is my personal understanding, that the price is too high for the level of investigation and support received for a first year start IRS Business and W-2 return. But, I am 65 years of age, and even a cell phone call, cost too much for me. As for responsiveness and professionalism, my agent contact administrator was top notch. My records and late request may had been my own downfall. I believe the company missed a few serious investment deductions like business start up cost right offs, but again, it may had been my own fault. I would recommend my specific agent, and I would also highly recommend starting business taxes earlier, to assure a more complex and complete review, for new business folks like myself. 4 of 5 Star Rating from our household.

Antoine was very knowledgeable and detail focused. If he wasn't certain of something, he researched it to confirm. He accomplished the task in the time agreed upon, and he was available to answer a follow up question by phone.
