When I stumbled across Uxecutive Fitness it was a different mindset with the trainers and the people that trained there all together. With all of the laughing and the way everyone interacted with each other I felt a fun atmosphere. What better place to have fun than in a gym while becoming fit. I felt welcomed just by seeing the diversity in the gym. I felt motivated to become better when I noticed Ray motivating a member that couldn't do a push up when they signed up and motivating and pushing them to grind out just 1 more. I seen that Uxecutive Fitness isn't just a gym...It is a family that cares...holds you accountable...and will wrap their arm around you (especially in the self-defense classes that teaches you to counter attack someone doing just that lol)
Donna is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. She always pushes me past my comfort zone but makes sure to keep me lifting safely and as injury free as possible. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to gain muscle mass, lose fat, and diet accordingly to ones specific goals.

Blake Bramer has been my personal trainer for over a year. He has been a real inspiration in my workout routine. I really appreciate the work he did in pushing me towards my own personal workout goals. He knows when to push and when to give you a rest, but most importantly I feel his knowledge of different workouts and their proper form has been most beneficial.
