Ivan is professional, and has a kind demeanor. My dogs respond to the whole grooming experience with anxiety. The stress is lessened by his gentleness and the ability to eliminate the car trip.

Ivan was early but that was ok with me. He did a great job of bathing, searing, nail trim for three dogs. His prices were very reasonable. I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Our dogs are too sheltered and get very anxious when taken to grooming and vet appointments. Ivan made this a very nice option for my dogs to get the grooming without the DREADED TRIP in the car. He is polite, professional, has a quiet demeanor. They also received the nicest haircuts we've seen in a long while. We will continue as customers for future appointments. I'm really glad we found Ivan!

Mr. Jimenez was prompt, he showed attention to my dogs before he was to groom them. There was no mess on my property from the grooming trailer. His grooming trailer was spotless. The dogs demeanor after grooming was excellent, not like when they have been taken to a grooming facility. I have a 5 yr old, 10 yr old dog, so the temperaments are very different. I plan to call on him again in the future.
