Introduction: I've been practicing massage for 25 years. I offer many modalities, ranging from Integrative, Deep Muscle Therapy, Thai Acupressure , Thai Yoga Bodywork, Esalen and Swedish massage.
I am also a practicing Yoga Teacher. I love sharing yoga with everyone I meet. It teaches me the importance of being in the moment while it allows life to flow through me. It helps me find my breath when it feels constricted. Yoga teaches me to enjoy the process of life. Yoga helps us find our bliss.
My hope is to help others with this thing called life. My wish is to help you alleviate pain and tension in your body.
My main office is in downtown Columbia City where I have a yoga studio and room for massage therapy and esthetic services.
