Chefs were on time, very relaxed, kind, and professional. They did not rush us and make everyone feel comfortable. The food was amazing and they made more than enough. It was a fantastic experience!

Chef David was very easy to work with, prompt, made my guests and myself some fantastic food and cleaned up afterwards. Chef Kirk cooked our entire Thanksgiving dinner this year and it was THE most enjoyable meal I've had! I had had a surgery so was unable to shop, cook or lift anything so we decided to use an in home chef. The entire experience was wonderful. Chef Kirk was professional, personable, interactive, happy, funny and all in all a wonderful addition to our day. I woukd 100% recommend him for any event you have. He also made chestnut sausage and sage stuffing at my request, it's a family favorite. Nothing was too hard for him to do and he cooked and served the meal with class, style and a smile. We are booking him for our Christmas dinner because it was so fun to have him in our home.
We hired Tracy to be part of a two chef team for a baby shower for 70+ guests at our home and were extremely pleased. She was punctual, very helpful and was not hesitant to do whatever needed to be done. We will certainly hire her again.
Chef DiMaria made a golf group of 10 a WONDERFUL dinner. The menu consisted of antipasto, salad, lasagne, chicken vesuvio, and cannoli. Wine and Sambuca was included in the price. The food was FABULOUS!! Frank did all of the clean up. It was a great way for a group to have a casual evening of fine food and socializing. It was one of the many highlights of our trip. I would do this again in a heartbeat.
Where do I begin with how amazing Kristen was? I requested the assistance of a server to simply help refill the buffet at our event. Kristen went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish. She arrived early and brought all sorts of little tricks of the trade to make my party amazing ie. drink and food garnishes, miniature forks, and even a few mixers for drinks. She put together an amazing cheese platter that everyone was talking about. She made everyone feel welcome and there was never a moment where I worried about a thing - she was always on top of things. From watching if anyone need anything - to cooking more when we were running low - she even cleaned up the kitchen and stayed much longer then I told her I would need her. I have given her name to many people and I can't imagine having an event without her help. After learning that she is an amazing chef, I look forward to having her cater all of our future events. I am definitely one of the pickiest people you'll ever meet and don't typically write these reviews - so if I've gone through this much, you can only imagine how amazing Kristen truly is.
Josh is an incredibly talented chef and a great parson to have around. My family and I have enjoyed everything he's cooked for us and we continue to be amazed at his creativity and versatility. Josh's food is so flavorful and delicious, it's easy to forget how healthy everything is. Having Josh cook for us has been a great learning experience too. He's taught us a lot about about healthy living and inspired us to make better choices, even when we eat out.

Stephanie was absolutely phenomenal! I had wanted an in home cooking lesson for a friends birthday and we made the French menu! Food was amazing! Stephanie had personality and was really fun to work with. From doing these events in the past I was expecting a mess and a long process but she made everything go very smooth and cleaned throughout! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her if you want amazing food, guidance and company! Best one on the app!
You catered my daughters wedding. Small intimate affair in our home. It felt like the RITZ CARLTON!!! The food and desserts were amazing. The look of the party was more than what my daughter ever hoped for. Thank you for the amazing experience

I really never write reviews, but Alvin Yu and his team were amazing! Our guests really raved about all the food. (I need to get his recipe for the Asiago Crusted Chicken Breast - so tender!). And his servers and sous chefs really made the event. Their attention to detail and lovely personalities really made the atmosphere. They were so helpful beyond what I could have even asked for. We had 2 passed appetizers, then salad, 4 entrees and 3 sides served family style for 44 guests and everything was delicious and well timed. Alvin totally understood what I wanted and was able to seamlessly accommodate special dietary needs. He was very responsive to all my questions throughout the planning process and seriously made the event really so easy on me! And they really made our guests of honor feel very special, too. They really go above and beyond. A huge thank you to Fyusion Dining for making our event such a success!

So happy we chose Chef Val and her staff for our corporate event! The presentation was wonderful, they arrived on time, and the cost was better than any other proposal we received. Everyone loved their food, but the biggest hits were the Deviled Eggs, the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites, and the Triple Chocolate and Red Corvette Velvet Cupcakes! Aakruti Mahendra is an excellent personal chef. Great personality. She helps you plan your menu by giving you suggestions. Shops, cooks and cleans up. I like that she leaves you written instructions on how to heat the various entrees. Also, labeling each item and storing them in containers that can be used to heat your food.
