Wedding Planner Full Service I couldn't have better things to say about working with Rick and Special Occasion Events . We booked a full wedding planning package and MC. And Throughout the planning process, Valerie and Rick were attentive, organized and resourceful. Valerie helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She made the wedding planning process so much better. She went out of her way to accommodate us in many occasion . She make sure we were happy with every decision we made about our vendors and work professionally with every vendor. And on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Valeri and Rick were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner and MC and am so grateful that we picked Special Occasion Events to help us throughout our wedding planning. I would recommend Special Occasion Events to absolutely anyone!

As we began to plan our do-it-yourself event the day off details became a bit of a concern. We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our guests. Keeping track or the vendors and when they were to arrive, meal service, bar service, etc. sounded more like work than fun. We reached out to Diane at Majestic Wedding Planners. Talk about someone that hits the ground running! She spoke with me for nearly a half an hour listening to the plans we had made to that point. By that evening she called me back with caterer and photo booth contacts that paid her fee TWICE OVER. The only hitch in the plan. A slip of the tongue. When I initially contacted Diane I said our event was to be on July 13 when it was actually on JUNE 13. Majestic Event Planners had already booked two events on our date. Of course we understood, but were also disappointed. We really felt that Diane was the go to - take charge person we wanted to make our event run smoothly. Diane felt bad as well and continued to work on our behalf. She fine tuned our caterer contract and made calls to find a trusted planner to handle our event. She even allowed us the use of their client section of Majestic's web page as a point of contact for family and guests. In this day and age it is rare to find someone that takes their business as seriously as they ought to. True professionals with follow through are diamonds in the rough. That Diane of Majestic Event Planners would dig in and help us with our planning without a contract speaks volumes! My assessment of Diane and her partner Michelle is simply this they do what they do because they love to help people far more than they love a pay day. When someone is passionate about their career it shows and these ladies are just that! If you are looking for worry free planning I highly recommend Majestic Event Planners.

We started to plan our wedding three weeks before the set date. We had a small wedding and did not think it would require much of the preparation. When we finally set down to talk about the details, we got overwhelmed with all the things we had to do. We've realized that even though the wedding is small, we still needed the same services as for a big wedding, such as photographer, music, officiant, entertainment, flowers, cake, food, etc, etc... The time was of an essence. We decided to hire a wedding planner. It was the BEST decision! She saved our wedding. I don't think we could have done so much work with such limited timeframe. Holly was responsive to us at any time of the day and night, professional, very resourceful, had great suggestions and ideas. The wedding turned out to be beautiful. All guests commented how well our wedding was put together. We were very grateful for Holly's services. One of our guests who got recently engaged, hired Holly as her wedding planner. I would recommend Holly to any of my friends. Not to mention, Holly's services are very reasonably priced. The entire experience was beyond any of my expectations, and I always have high standards for the things I do and services I get.

When my husband and I were beginning the process of planning our wedding, we found ourselves overwhelmed. Originally I didn't think I needed a wedding planner, especially since we were trying to keep our budget as low as possible. GOOD GRAVY was I totally wrong. Laura from Fierce Productions worked with us over the course of nearly a year and made literally EVERY aspect of planning a wedding easier. She helped us find a venue, led fun productive meetings to brainstorm creative ideas, and helped us wade through endless options of caterers, decor, flowers, etc. Closer to the wedding she took care of so much of the nitty gritty logistics I didn't have time for (and honestly didn't even know I really needed to have done). I felt like she really made a successful effort to "get" us and our style and what we were going for, instead of suggesting boring generic stuff. And she was consistently full of awesomely creative ideas (my husband is a writer and she suggested putting borrowed working typewriters on each table for guests to write notes to us. How cool would that be??) She was smart, decisive, and fun to work with. She was so motivated that she was often the one getting things off the ground and lighting a very needed fire under our butts. And I honestly think we spent less money in the long run because of how many great ideas she had to keep costs down. In the end, my husband and I had several people tell us that our wedding was the most fun wedding they'd ever attended. I give so much of that credit to Laura and her fantastic planning. I'm not sure I could've found the kind of crowd planning and sound design that she and her team provided in another company. Planning a wedding was one of the most stressful and complicated things I've ever done, and Laura just made it SO much easier for me and my husband. So if you're on the fence about wedding planners, do yourself a favor and hire Laura at Fierce Productions!!

I had the best experience ever working with Diana. She took my vision and made it even better. She worked with me and my expensive taste in flowers and helped me get everything I wanted within my budget. She tied in every texture so elegantly in the bouquets and centerpieces. (Unfortunately...I didn't get a picture of the centerpieces...waiting for professional photos) Aside from that she was so pleasant and kind...and gives wonderful hugs (which you might need when wedding planning). I received so many compliments on my flowers and centerpieces. And will definitely be referring anyone looking for a florist to her. I look forward to hopefully working with her again in the future. I'm sure I'll find something for her!!

A company that does everything! :) A company that does everything! :) Sometimes it's hard when you are working with multiple vendors and meeting timelines, that's why when I found out that this company offers a lot of services I didn't even think twice and call right away! Izza has been helpful, attention to details, very organize and will make you stick to your timeline. I love her being perfectionist! :) I actually hired them again for my 50th wedding anniversary.

I hosted a Hollywood themed birthday party that was divided into three parts. We met at a hotel and grabbed a bite to eat, then got on a party bus and went to a concert, and finally ended the party at a club. It was a very fast paced and eventful evening. I searched for someone that could help set up my décor, because I wouldn't be able to do it, because we couldn't get into the club until late that evening to set-up. I found Klynn's Kakes and not only was she a planner BUT she was also a baker! I was able to get all of my items for my treat table including the cupcakes, cookies and cake. She was also able to duplicate the themed cake that I wanted. She did a great job setting up the décor! In one of the pics below (for the treat table) was suppose to have LED lights underneath. However, because of the lack of outlets at the club she couldn't do it...but still very creative even though we had technical issues. She has all the linen, runners, chargers, centerpieces, floating candles, cupcake towers, etc we needed. She actually made the feather centerpieces herself. I can't tell you how nervous I was... if everything was going to be the way I wanted them -- when I walked into the club. Remember, I brought the party with me, so I had no time to make adjustments if it wasn't right. However, I had NOTHING to worry about everything was perfect! She set up everything without my help, assistance, or guidance and I was very impressed. I use Thumbtack a lot, and to be totally honest, I was skeptical to use her because of her limited reviews. But, I am so grateful we booked her, because it was so easy working with her. She was always available and she indulged my controlling 'party planning' obsessions. She sent me pics of some of her designs as she completed them and was very friendly and professional. Klynn's Kakes - I can't thank you enough for making our event beautiful and memorable!! We received soooooo many compliments.

Izza and her team were the absolute fantastic to work with! My husband and I hired iMktg Services for full planning services, which entailed everything from monthly in-person check-ins, decorations, guest list, invitations and pretty much everything that you need at your big day. Izza was absolutely incredible at keeping us organized and helping us stick to our schedule. She immediately got to know us as a couple and was able to provide spot on recommendations and advice for all of the thousands of decisions that go into planning a modern christening. If you need a wedding planner, don't even bother looking further! She is one best event planner that will go beyond your expectations. (wink..wink she actually gives a lot of freebies on our event, items and services) What else could you ask for? oh wait, before I forgot, she is young, smart and has a good professional background. Too many to name it all.

ASK Ware productions is more than a 5 star rate kind of company. It's where Dreams and Professionalism meet Bliss! Working with Amber whom is the CEO brought me so much hope for my event. At the time, I was an expecting mom and party planning/organization was never my strong point. Although I consider myself a creative person, I kind of needed someone else to make my vision come true. So, word of mouth lead me to ASK Ware and I've never planned a party without them since. My baby shower was phenomenal and everyone walked out telling me how much they enjoyed my event! When I went back to work, my boss even asked for her information so we can start planning corporate events. I say all this to say, ASK Ware is more than wedding planning, more than Party planning...it's a event planning HEAVEN! Initially, Laura of Where 2 R Gathered was hired as my Event Decorator. However, she subsequently became our Wedding Coordinator. My initial consultation with Laura was held on October 2, 2016. Laura provided me and my now husband with a detailed timeline to help make our dream possible. Laura identified vendors for cake, food, flowers and makeup. She researched customs pertaining to my husband's Nigerian culture. She was professional and punctual for all appointments with the wedding party and vendors. She provided unlimited consultation via telephone, text and email. She helped us fulfill our theme within our budget. She met with the music director to ensure the music was executed properly. She provided us with a suggested list to provide to the photographer. We are exceedingly satisfied with services provided by Where 2 R Gathered.

Shantease was a great bartender. We hired her through a multi purpose party company and got lucky they sent her. Our liquor was delivered late from the store, but she was quick to get everyone caught up. Shantease was super friendly with all the guests, remembered people's orders when they came back for more and even danced with us when no one was waiting for cocktails.
