- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our labor rate is very competitive. We have low overhead and strive to keep our business small in order to serve customers better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first speak with the customer and get a feel for the issues they are having and try to form a hypothesis of their issue. Then we explain our process for fixing their equipment and give them options based on their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have factory based schooling and diplomas based in many fields of small engine repair. We are always taking update classes.
