Dishwasher Repair or Maintenance
Mr. Klenck showed up on short notice and got a plug in my dishwasher cleared. Even though he spent about an hour on the job, the total bill came to only $99. I suspect the company that sold the dishwasher would have charged more than that just to show up. I am very satisfied.May 6, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is simple: Flat rate diagnostics and flat rate labor. It just averages out the difficult jobs and the easy jobs and lets the customer know up-front what the cost is going to be before I even step foot in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I subscribe to 4 different appliance service newsletters plus I attend training sessions on new products that come out and how they work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was in a family owned appliance store for over 20 years so it's in my blood.
