We hired Mark and his crew to remove miscellaneous items from our garage, basement and shed. He was very upfront and honest with what was involved in the job and the cost. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No each job is different, I really don't like giving bids when I haven't seen the job because there is so many variables on each job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to get them to trust you , Trust is one of the biggest target for me, we must develop trust to have a good working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life of doing a little bit of everything. and taking on jobs I knew I could complete to my satisfaction.
