I went out of my comfort zone when I tried Yoga with Anita Powell. I thought everyone would be watching, and I wanted to gain strength.
Anita was great at explaining each pose and made sure I did it correctly. I have taken classes with her since February 2014 and have learned a lot about Yoga and myself. I thank Anita for making me feel comfortable in class and her encouragement. She is a gem in my book.

Anita is my yoga teacher. I have really appreciated how she has been willing to individualize our class to meet our needs. The class is varied and each class builds on the next. We always get a good workout!

Anita was my yoga instructor and she taught me for over a year. I was new to yoga and she was very patient and explained the poses very well. Also, giving history about the art and the benefits. Very pleased and punctual. I hope she continues teaching because she has a gift.
