- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price range is between $1,500 to $5,900. We believe we are reasonably priced for the quality of video production we provide. Many brides see wedding videos and don’t realize how much others charge, thinking they can find someone for $300, which is the price of a small to medium sized wedding cake. When we add a price to our video package, we are looking at it as an investment into your future, something that will be produced as though it will be watched and enjoyed for a lifetime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we like to make sure that our clients want to work with us because of the work we create. I personally and honestly share with the customer how excited I am to work with them and share the services and packages we provide, along with explaining any details they include and how I work with them to personalize it. I schedule a time to either meet face-to-face or over the phone so that I can get to know the couple and listen to what they are looking for. I then gather as much info about the event as possible, gauging what kind of vision they have. I work to translate that visual to help me create a plan of their wedding day. I want them to feel comfortable working with me. Then I just continue working with them until the big day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience. Dedication. Countless months of online and field training. Speaking with countless brides, couples, parents, and siblings. Time and time again, learning from people I look up to and learning from my own mistakes. All my work has been a product of my experience and seeking my own help and pursuing my passion. Because of my psychology degree and childhood of taking pictures and making videos, I am more adaptable, more creative, and more personable of a videographer, and that has everything to do with it.
