My husband contacted them to schedule a cleaning. They came and evaluated the home, gave us a price quote and time schedule. They advised they would be back the next day to clean for us from 9 AM to 2 ish. Around 10, my husband received a text message that they would not be able to do the cleaning in that amount of time for the specfied dollar amount, and it would likely be much more. My husband texted the information back to me, so at 1, while on my lunch, I called to see what the issue was (at that point I was concerned because I felt like we had strangers going through our home for no darn reason).They answered, and informed me that they would need to call back since they were in the middle of a job. I can't be sure, but my gut is telling me they bs-ed us to take a more lucrative job. My advice is to get another cleaning service to do your cleaning for you.
