Robert White painted the interior of my home Dec '13. My experience was stellar. He responded quicky to my request for quote on his website, later started the work on schedule. He was considerate of my living conditions during the project, professional in every way, and very accomadating. He and his brother went above and beyond to assist me in preparing each room for the job at hand. Could not be more pleased with the quality of the work performed, I would highly recommend this provider. Really cannot suggest ways to improve their service, which explains how pleased I am! There are never any deposits required to get on our schedule and payment is only necessary upon completion of work to our customers satisfaction. = No Surprises !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Phone call or email to discuss scope of work to be performed. 2. Schedule a free onsite evaluation and estimate. 3. Submit to our potential customers a detailed proposal of all services and materials to be used along with the bottom line quote. 4. Upon acceptance schedule a start date. 5. Make you our latest happy customer! 6. Final walk thru with customer to ensure their satisfaction.
