Introduction: When I founded Fit2U in 2013 my primary goal was to provide the best possible personal training experience to all of my clients. To achieve that goal, my focus has always been developing positive habits creating a lasting, healthy, optimal lifestyle. Now, almost ten years later, I am still providing the best personal training experience with several success stories to prove it. These achievements include weight loss, strengthening and toning, getting off medications, improving flexibility, range of motion, balance and stability, endurance, speed and reflex motion. Nearly all of my clients have not only reached their fitness goals but they have surpassed them. If I could give Jaime 6/5 stars I would! She is a fantastic trainer and a joy to be around. Jaime has helped me progress towards my fitness goals faster than I ever thought possible. She also does a good job of checking in on the days we're not working out together. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have now been with Jaimie for a little over a year and without her help I would have never been able to get this far. I've lost a total of 85 pounds and my body is changing in ways I never thought possible. She is an inspiration. Not only is she a great trainer but she has become a great friend who genuinely cares about her clients and making sure they reach their goals. Always goes above and beyond. I was not sure what to expect from searching for a trainer online, but it had been a great experience. Jaime is knowledgeable, patient and has been very accommodating. She has helped me get back into fitness after a long hiatus and I am thankful for her support. She checksin even between sessions to check in and keep me on course.

Jaime is wonderful and a professional. She has tailored my workouts to fit me as well as my medical limitations. Jaime provides nutrition advise to aid in meeting my goals and has given me workouts I can do independently when I'm traveling. I have greater flexibility than I've had in years and went down a dress size within a month.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Personal Training $60 per session Price includes your session time and personalized workouts. You also receive specific workout videos for you to follow on the days we do not meet. As well as daily check ins, nutritional guides (meal plans) goal setting worksheets and advice. You will also be encouraged to participate in daily challenges to fully engage motivation and success. Single Session $60 4 Sessions $225 8 Sessions $425 12 Sessions $625 16 Sessions $800

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When you starts a program, I meet with you first for a free consultation. During that consultation, I really get to know you, your current and past habits, goals, limitations and abilities, likes and dislikes. From there we go over together what type of path will best suits you in full detail , set up days and times and then we get started.
