The CoLab Group helped develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy for my newest role as a sales agent. In addition, Chris has served as an excellent business development strategist on other previous projects of mine. I would highly recommend Chris and The CoLab Group for any individual, small, or startup business owner.Oct 20, 2016The CoLab Group's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a flexible pricing model based on the needs of the client and the size and scope of the project. Typically, our rates fall between $100-$150 per hour, but fixed project pricing is also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on client needs, I usually meet with the prospective customer for 30 minutes at no charge. During this initial meeting, the goal is to completely understand the needs of the client, discuss expectations, and identify what success looks like. Based on the size and scope of the project, next steps will be discussed and implemented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked nearly 20 years in business development, marketing, and operations. In addition, I have a Master of Science degree in Sports Psychology with a specialization in individual optimal performance. I also spent nearly eight years of my career as a technical staffing consultant and have developed a large professional network across a variety of vertical markets.
