My 11-year-old daughter had taken guitar & piano lessons from Michael over the course of 2 years. He was very flexible with times & even locations for the lessons.....a studio in Ypsilanti, a music room at a nearby music store....or your own home. Michael is old school & understands Music at all levels & as such, communicates with young kids very well. Michael is also a very patient instructor, which he had to be with my daughter. I highly recommend Michael as an instructor to any one.....no problem.
This instructor is great, lots of experience and very knowledgeable. Was also really patient with the fact I'm a beginner and ask a lot of questions.
I teach piano lessons along with theory, ear training, composition and sight singing. I am a member of Music teachers National association also Indiana Music Teachers Association & Northeast Indiana Music Teachers Association I was a Guild adjudicator for many years
Mr. Cass is fair with his pricing, has reasonable expectations, patience, & classes last the full agreed time.
I've had two classes with Adam and he really is a great teacher. I highly recommend him. He really does the time to teach and cares about your progress.
I teach students what they need to learn on their instrument to achieve their musical goals. I also provide musical experience from being a touring musician and composer.
I take an odd approach to teaching. Instead of learning traditional chords i like to teach bar chords and soloing/scales first. I feel like it creates better dexterity with the fingers. By doing this you can learb songs faster and make it a simplified more enjoyable approach. Trying to teach the traditional way of learning major, minor, diminished chords etc can be frustrating for beginners and not as excoting because they arent learning a song but just practing chords. Lets be honest you picked a guitar up to play songs not atrum the same chord....
I teach the young or old to play the acoustic guitar -- teaching rhythms, chords, fingerpicking and much more. Maybe it's just a hobby or even a dream, let me help you make it possible!
I can teach you whatever you want with music. Don't be hesitant to pick up a new instrument. Hit me up, and we'll get you playing your favorite songs!
I want to help other people enjoy music, specifically guitar! It has long been a passion of mine and one I'd love to spread my knowledge of. Let me teach you.
I am a guitar player, looking to teach the inexperienced who wants to play guitar. I am looking to make it fun and easy to learn and remember.

I have been playing guitar for more than 30 years. I have played many types of genre and styles. I enjoy teaching as well as playing. If you want to learn to play guitar, you are talking my language. I teach major and minor chords, key charts, finger-style picking, Nashville number system, tab, strumming, any style and type of music you want to play.
I provide guitar training, assisting my students along the path of musical knowledge. I'm more akin to a personal trainer than a traditional "instructor," because I take every case on an individual basis. I let my students determine the direction they want to go. I've been playing guitar for over 10 years and have been in both rock bands and a collegiate jazz ensemble. I can teach most styles, but my specialty is improvisation.
I teach guitar lessons starting from beginner-advanced and beginning lead/Solo. I've been playing for 16 years. I teach electric and acoustic. Beginners preferably start with acoustic. I've taught many friends and family and have evidence of how good my students are with only 1 1/2 years of lessons. I teach the basics, then transition to stop playing with your head to playing with your heart. Learn what you wanna learn. Find your style. I won't shove my style down your throat. Ask for references.
I offer private guitar instruction for beginner-intermediate musicians. Focusing heavily on theory and reading music, Turner Music provides an easy, fun learning experience that is practical and applicable for any musician.
My work stands out because I focus on fundamentals instead of style. I want to help my students use their creativity, not stifle it with rigid stylistic limitations.
I use a different approach when teaching guitar, whether acoustic or electric. Some of the best people I've taught are playing at a very skilled level with 1 1/2 years, which is way higher than the status quo!
I have been studying guitar for the last 10 years. I studied guitar through high school and college and one of the reasons I love guitar so much is due to the fact that I have had many great music teachers. These teachers were very passionate and encouraging, and I would do nothing more than to share the joy of music with my students.
I give beginner to advanced guitar, bass and drum lessons. I travel, and my rates are competitive. I have 20 years of experience.
I am versed in many different guitar styles and know many different songs as well as have over an hour of my own original music.
