Advance1 did an awesome job installing new tile in our kitchen and master bath! Zach was professional, quick to respond and easy to contact. Chuck, who laid all the tile, made sure he knew exactly what we were wanting his end result to look like and did an amazing job!! Very meticulous with attention to detail. If you want tile laid, Chuck is your man!!

We had a new fence installed and Advanced 1 Construction did a great job. The fence was installed within 2 days and just changed the way out backyard feels! Thanks! Will definitely use them for other projects on our house in the future!

Zach and his crew did a fantastic job! They were extremely fast and flexible, even working around a week of bad weather. Zach did a great job of constantly communicating with me and clarifying things along the way to give my family exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Advanced 1 and will definitely have them back for some other projects.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We give itemized estimates! We'll provide to the dollar cost for material and have a separate line item for labor!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We'll meet with them in person, get together a game plan with extensive notes and create a plan to execute properly! Depending on the size of building or renovation we have teams prepared to draw 3D sketches and blueprints to solidify our design!

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I started off in construction sales 5 years ago, from there I moved to Clarksville, TN to project manage for a construction firm for 2 years then moved back to my hometown, Fort Wayne, IN, to resume my venture with my own company having prospered ever since.
