• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I want to be fair. Price is based on time and materials.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I need to understand the scope of work so if it's a simple job we can communicate electronically or speak on the phone initially and I can give an estimate. For larger projects it's helpful to setup a time to meet so I can look at the job to then provide a quote.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a bachelor of arts in management with a focus on horticulture and communications. I also have a masters in management with a focus on project design and implementation. I have training and experience in excavating, waterproofing, masonry, hardcape and soft scape landscaping, carpentry, electrical and mechanical work.
