We have spent 20+ years crawling in attics and crawlspaces and not afraid to get dirty. We love to find building issues and safety concerns that other inspectors were not able to find. David did an exceptional job with our home inspection. He was extremely thorough in all aspects. He spent close to 30 min up in attic inspecting the roof system and an air handler in humid hot 80 plus degree weather. I've purchased homes before and inspector didn't even look in the attic.He took pictures of all problem areas and we have some bargaining power with seller to make some repairs to home and also a list of minor items we will fix on our own when we move in. David is polite and willing to explain what he is finding during inspection and encouraged me to be there for entire inspection.

Yes. State law requires a minimum amount of continuing education to stay current. However, at Titan Property Inspections, we are training and researching every week. We attend seminars, work shops, training classes, trade shows and a rigorous online training and certification class.
