- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies quite a bit from job to job. It is important to look at accessibility, terrain, and other important factors. We would love to be able to just send a price out, but in this line of service, that is extremely difficult.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to us for a quote or estimate, we will do everything we can to get them pricing before the end of that business day. We will explain the process of the work we are estimating and answer ANY questions the customer may have. We want them to be as comfortable as possible moving forward with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
LawnsPlus Landscaping is ICPI certified (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) as well as a Belgard Authorized Contractor. Our installers and designers have been trained to create patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
