Introduction: I like to take the philosophy of working hard and playing hard and bring it together, creating programs that not only get results but also allow the client to have fun with fitness. Exercises are based on functional movements, and no two workouts will be the same. I like to incorporate aspects of boxing and pilates. I provide one-on-one and group personal training. Kim knows how to kick your butt ... But make you ask for more. Her workouts are well planned out to give you a challenge yet keep things fun. No two sessions were alike and I felt like I got more than my money's worth each time.
