- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I can set up a profile that has the client's minimum criteria loaded in my database (price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, area of town/school system, etc ) and send them via e-mail all of the listings that match with a full description and inside pictures. Also, if any new houses come up for sale or if one of these in the first group has a price reduction, I will automatically e-mail that home to them just to keep them updated on the marketplace.
