Absolutely so happy with our metal roof and gutters. Everything was so painless and easy going. We had quite a few questions since we have never had a metal roof and the quality assurance guy came for an appointment at 5:30 in the evening and he still put his drone and folder down and sat there and answered any and all questions that we had. He wasnt in a rush to leave and you can tell he takes pride in his job.The crew that installed it work so fast and yet the quality was perfect. They picked up any mess and they were not noisy. Early in 2020, I learned that my asphalt roof, which was certainly showing signs of wear, needed to be replaced. I live in a subdivision, so I knew it was important to verify what types of roofs are permitted. I researched the covenants of my subdivision and found nothing specifically related to roof materials. I then sent an email message to the homeowner's association board members asking what options are available. When I received the reply that I may choose from either asphalt or metal, I did a happy dance. My first choice was metal, so knowing this was an option was certainly welcome news. I next began carefully researching numerous aspects of metal roofs, including standing seam versus exposed fasteners, paint, underlay, cost effectiveness, and energy savings, among other topics. After doing my research, I then began reviewing metal roof companies. Without question, 4Ever Metal Roofing is the best choice when it comes to all aspects of metal roof company. Every question I had was answered respectfully and thoroughly. There were never any sales tactics such as "sign here now or you will miss our special offer." Along with my metal roof, I also purchased new gutters from 4Ever Metal Roofing. I am incredibly pleased with both the metal roof and the gutters. Just so overjoyed. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and I was even cautious doing my roof. The sales guy was very good and helpful. When the job was done, I had some questions, but the gentleman with the drone did a walk around with me and every question I had, he educated me on them. Often times, a company just wants to get paid and move on but to see this young man passionately go over everything with me was very refreshing.Thank you for everyone involved.

Sean was incredibly professional and kind. He really takes the time to educate his customers about roofs so that way they can make an informed decision. He presents the information succinctly and doesn't use any high-pressured sales techniques, which I greatly appreciate.
