I have always enjoyed holy yoga classes with Tammy. She does a wonderful job of showing & describing the proper way to form each pose. She takes her time. It never feels rushed. She speaks in a calm relaxing manner that helps set the mood. Love the incorporation of scripture as well!
Bethany massage was great, really enjoyed it and will diffidently schedule another one. Danny
I really enjoyed training with Elizabeth. I had hit a plateau in my fitness and she was able get me a good training routine which helped propel my level of fitness ASAP!!!. She always gave me good feed back and pointers in my workouts, (correcting my form, speed of my repetitions, and keeping my rest time minimal between exercises). She is extremely knowledgeable in weight training and yoga, great motivator, and she will get you results, a true pleasure to work with. Aaron W.
Alyssa was very professional and confident in my experience with thai yoga massage at embarque. This made me feel very comfortable and safe during my session. definitely would recommend Embarque and thai yoga massage.
With me having firomoliga body always in pain. I decided get me a massage from Latenia. Was little scared. I would have say she was very considerate of the pain I could tolerate. Some of soreness left. I would highly recommend her BREATHMOVEMENT WELLNES. I plan on getting more.
La-Tisha is great! She is the perfect combination of someone who tailors the lessons to my skill level, while also pushing me to become better. In group yoga classes I was so busy trying to keep up that I was not doing the poses correctly or getting the full benefit of my practice. I have become so much stronger, flexible, and in-tune with my body since working with her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Emily made me feel very comfortable even though I knew nothing about yoga. I am older and want to feel better physically and mentally and Emily is helping me accomplish those goals.

My yoga classes are geared toward helping an individual utilize the body to process psychological concerns and begin the step of befriending their bodies; thereby, decreasing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma and other psychological concerns. I have over 14 years of experience in the social services industry, serving adult populations, families and individuals in clinical and crisis settings. I am trained in Adlerian psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mind and body medicine, and certified as a yoga teacher. My individualized approaches are tailored to the clients and their presenting concerns. I enjoy working with clients to help them discover their true potential.
