Introduction: A Little Whimsy is a home-based business located in Franklin, Indiana. Our main designer has over 30 years of experience in all types of floral arranging, but she specializes in weddings. We can handle all of the floral and decorating needs, from the ceremony to the reception. Since we don't have the usual overhead of a commercial florist, we are able to offer affordable prices without compromising quality.
