Introduction: My personal training services stand out because I include 24/7 phone contact availability that I offer to my clients. I am able to answer questions and provide workouts at any time of the day. Most importantly, I will provide all clients with the results that they are looking for and will build them as people in the process as well. I will show more elite care and commitment to any client's goals than any fitness professional in the fitness industry. I enjoy seeing my clients achieve their goals and see the results that they are looking for because personal training is all about client needs. I also like having that sense of self-fulfillment when I know that I am coming closer and closer to reaching my goal of becoming a celebrity personal trainer and inspiring the world. Lastly, I like to continue to learn about the human body as I chase my master's degree.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My price per session ranges from $50-$90, based on what the client can afford to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process that I follow for working with a new customer is messaging them to find out their best interests and needs for personal training, setting up a time and place to meet for price and time discussions, and a follow up text or phone call to verify when the first session will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently a student at Indiana State University and will have a bachelor's degree in the spring of 2018. I plan on applying to Notre Dame to purse a master's degree in exercise science with a minor in strength and conditioning. I also hold a USA weightlifting level 1 sport performance coach certification, ACE-personal training certification, and a CPR certification. I plan on taking the CSCS, or baseline exam for strength and conditioning, along with the SCCC, the exam required in order to reach the highest level of strength and conditioning.
