My experience with this company was exceptional. My situation was much worse than we expected. They gave me tips and instruction on how I should proceed. They stuck it out to the very end and didn't leave me hanging. We made arrangements to repair my faucet and my upstairs toilet. Just and amazing group. Hire them. You won't be sorry.

Chitown trainers are phenomenal. Matt is a very strong motivator and extremely knowledgable about muscle groups, nutrition and general fitness. I've been training with Matt for about 6 months and have lost 6% body fat and gained good quantities of muscle. I'd recommend Chitown to anyone who wants to get fit in a healthy way, but is unsure about the path

Dan has been training me for the past 8 weeks and since we started working together, I've seen an incredible improvement in my strength, and my figure--this week I was able to fit back into my favorite pair of work pants that I haven't been able to fit in, in a year! When I first met with Dan I hadn't worked out in literally 2 years and was really nervous about all of it; however, Dan devoted an entire session to simply understanding me, the current state of my health, my habits, and helped me define where I wanted to be in my ideal future state. Dan then put together a customized program to ensure we could get there. As a woman, my one of my biggest concern was around "bulking up" from weight training as my body type lends itself to this if I'm not careful. I shared this with Dan and despite what I was sure would happen after the weight training, he's somehow made plan that made me smaller and noticeably toned up, and definitely not bulkier! In parallel, Dan has also really helped me with my poor eating habits--I'm a busy executive with little time to care or prepare food that is consistently healthy--and I sure do love Chicago cuisine. But every visit Dan would casually ask me what I planned to eat for the week and then give me directives on best options, grocery store lists, crackpot recipes, how to store my food, when to prepare it, and even where I can stop on the way home to get what I need for the next day :). . Dan has been a God send and reinvigorated my belief that I can take care of my health, actually meet my fitness goals, and truly enjoy it. I've absolutely loved, enjoyed, and seen results from every single session with Dan. I can't rave enough about how great a trainer he is and his attention to every aspect of his clients fitness, and overall well-being!!

Raven is a amazing trainer, he knows what works for you by developing a highly personal plan. As a former Army Ranger Raven understands the importance of physical fitness as well mental toughness. Unlike most trainers he also understands that you can't out train your diet and emphasizes the benefit and importance of nutrition.

Tricia is wonderful! I've been working with her for 4 months now and I'm addicted! I've never been interested in fitness much, I've never even had a gym membership but working with Tricia has motivated & inspired me to lead a healthier lifestyle. She is extremely patient and truly cares about what works for me & how I'm feeling during & after every session. Every workout is different, she always has me try something new which keeps it fun & interesting, and the results are amazing!! I cannot say enough awesome things about my trainer. I've been training with Chaun for almost two years now. He is professional, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Always gives me a chance to make up my session when I cannot make it. Each work out is different and always hits the perfect level of intensity. I've been training with Tiffany for nearly a year now and can not believe what my body has done in that time. Not only has she helped me become stronger physically but also mentally. I go into these workouts knowing that it's going to be hard but also that it's going to be awesome and I'm going to feel like I've accomplished something I used to think would be impossible. She's been such a huge support, not only through the actual training sessions, but also through diet and everyday challenges. She's totally tailored my workouts to accommodate knee issues that I've had for many years and works with me everyday to figure out ways around my restriction. So, I started personal training with Paul, and it's now been around 2 weeks now. My commitment that has been made is to go 5 days a week to the gym on my own, and then the 6th day is personal training day for 6 months total. Paul delivers! With his various certifications, he is able to adequately taper a fitness program exactly to what I want and need (fat loss and strength in particular). I definitely feel like it is personalized to fit me perfectly. Throughout the week when I am not with him he also keeps you accountable with little messages to make sure everything is going alright. He doesn't belittle you, but he makes an honest push to get you to reach your goal and go above and beyond. He has a fun sense of humor and makes the hour go by quickly. I would highly recommend him as a trainer and can't wait to see my already transforming physique reach the end goal flawlessly as long as I put as much into the workouts myself. Way to go DJ PAULY D! Thanks for your support!

Ms. Wade gets all high marks for being an exceptional motivator, engaged & interested in my well being, professional, modifies exercises to my fitness level, a cheer leader. I'm sure if you prefer a drill sargeant she can do that too. She also explains each exercise and the benefits to keep you going. Finally, she has a pleasant personality which is truly an asset.

Roy has been a great instructor for me and he is able to adapt to my physical limitations due to the fact that I was injured at the age of 10 and have my right side weaken due to a head injury. I have trained with Chris twice. Th first time I had to stop due to lack of time. I looked him up again because he was effective. I was really happy with the changes I saw in my body. This time around is no different. I lost 2% body fat in the first week. Before we begin each session he asks me how I feel and if anything hurts. He tailors my workouts based on my feedback. I've had other trainers but none have have even bothered to ask how I'm feeling. They've had some program that I have to follow. This is what sets him apart from the other trainers and it is what makes him particularly effective. Every session is different so I never get bored. Not only am I losing weight but I am also learning more about fitness. I can utilize that knowledge to tailor my own workouts outside of my sessions with him. I'm really happy with the sessions and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a change in their lives.

This review is after an initial discussion meeting and the first workout session. Diarmuid is a patient, thorough, encouraging instructor. As I performed each exercise he demonstrated or described, he complimented the parts I did correctly, then worked with me (repeatedly on some moves) to get the other parts correct as well, until I was able to do all or most of the reps without mistakes. Diarmuid not only showed concern about my health during the workout session and the initial conversation, but also in his follow up. He created and sent tracking charts, then discussed modifications after observing my ability levels for the various exercises. Although it took me a long time to decide to work with a personal trainer, Diarmuid has made me happy I finally made this decision.

Love working with my future trainer. She's excellent at scheduling workouts around my busy life, and the variety I get is far beyond what I was able to do on my own. This is really a great program if you want the accountability of a real person plus the convenience of being able to do workouts wherever. I can do workouts when traveling, at home, at the gym. They also customize the workout to the gear I have available, which makes it super easy. It's also great having an app to reach out to my trainer, rather than waiting for my weekly training session to ask questions. Megan's very punctual with responses, and very understanding with all my concerns. Overall this is an excellent service. Much recommended.
