- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is affordable. I base my pricing off a client's budget and if I'm able to do the job in the budget limits. I will negotiate pricing as the job progresses if there is an unexpected event that may require additional work. Consulting with the client is number one and finding out what the client is comfortable with and what the clients expectations are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client and their needs are number one. Once the needs are met and a agreement is established, I will start the job and through out the job, I like to update the client on how the job is going or if there are any complications. I also like to give helpful advice to the client.
