Pretty much ruined our lawn. Yard staff flew around on mowers and caused ruts and bare spots over the entire back yard. Spoke to Jim, who actually came out in person, he told us he would speak to his staff, he told us he would re-seed in fall... didn't happen. Three times he came out apologized, but every week the same story, sloppy, shoddy work. The guys were also caught throwing branches into my neighbors yard!!! I think Jim has no control whatsoever over his crew. We have had to put a lot of work and money into reseeding this ourselves this fall and will also be finishing the job in Spring ourselves (and by "ourselves" I mean me, husband doesn't do yard work!!!!! )

Lets be clear, as I was when we last spoke. There is a high volume of leaves at your home. Reseeding in the fall is not an option. I said I would reseed in the spring. Also, there was previous damage upon us taking over this past year. I had spoken with you that you needed to reseed the entire lawn with a good quality seed since the entire lawn was thin. Now I see you want to smear me on a review. As for your neighbor, we cleaned that all up to be respectful, and she spoke with me and said that the debris pile in her back yard may have been done by the person taking care of her lawn. When we mow, we bag and take everything with us, everytime. Please review our emails and text messages as I have to support our conversations.
