Tim Essex and his crew did a great job on my last minute renovation. They were reliable and showed up when they said they would, offered professional advise on how to resolve unexpected issues that were uncovered; best of all the quality of their work was fantastic. Thanks for all the help!Sep 10, 2019Verified
Tim has been excellent so far in communicating and updating on status. Being a remotely based owner of rental property has it's challenges and it was helpful to have Tim address repair and take pictures/ videos. Can't speak about quality of repairs sitting remotely but overall trusting person. Appreciate everything.Sep 9, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is run through a software called Clear Estimates. This software gives us the up to date pricing on materials and labor rates so we do not guess at the numbers. This makes us a cost effective company not only for you but our companies overhead as well. What this means? This means you get an honest price guarantee or we will match a competitors price (within reason).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process we use is simple 1. Meet with the clients to meet and address their wants and needs 2. Write up an estimate for all projects and email(if possible) said estimate to client. 3. Call, text, or email the client to address any questions they may have about the estimate. 4. Meet in clients home to sign contracts, collect 50% of labor, and 100% of material money. 5. Set date to begin work 6. Begin work and give daily updates as to what has been done and what to expect to be done on the next day 7. At projects completion, walk client through what has been done and make sure the client is happy with final product. 8. Collect remaining labor charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Blueprint design and reading classes along with autocad and versacad design classes. My crew carries a minimum of ten years each, or more.
