Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Hello I’m Brad Harvey and the owner of Integrated Conceptual Designs. I’ve been in the construction industry since the day I started high school. I am highly skilled in most aspects of the field. I carry a NATE certification for Gas Furnace and also Heat Pumps and Airhandlers. I have extensive knowledge in this and the plumbing fields. I have the ability to operate all heavy equipment and carried a CDL Class A w/tanks for many years also. Drain clearing, Union Operator (dozers, skidsteers, backhoes- pilot, 3&4 lever foot swing controls and wobble sticks all of which I can operate), plumbing, Sr Demand Tech in the Heating & Cooling field, restoration and disaster clean up, concrete finishing, and underground utility repairs, and pool/spa installations are just a handful of the trades and skills I carry. I take great pride in doing the job right the first time every time (even if that requires sitting down and understanding the installation manual!). Pictures of past work can be Viewed here or email by requests and I look forward to providing the same courtesy and elite work to each and every Customer. I will not be satisfied until the customer is satisfied.

Brad came to install an under cabinet pull out system for our kitchen and did a couple additional things we needed fixed as well. He did an awesome job. He was quick, efficient, did a really good job, and was incredibly professional. Thank you! Would definitely recommend Brad to anyone!

Appliance Installation

I needed to have a panel installed onto my sub zero freezer. Brad responded to my request in a timely fashion and was available to come by the next day. My carpenter was at the house and was able to install the panel instead so we didn’t use Brad, but I’ll be sure to look him up in the future for other jobs as his customer service and responsiveness was great!

Thank you so much ICD. Brad came out to fix my wifi doorbell. It was installed incorrectly by the first guy; not only did Brad uninstall the first doorbell hut he installed a new style doorbell that works as a peephole, but he also fixed my storm door (wouldn’t swing shut correctly). He is courteous and professional. He also wore a mask inside my home as my husband and i are immunosuppressed and concerned about Covid-19. We will call on him again!!

Furniture Assembly

Brad did a fantastic job assembling and mounting our basketball hoop! He went above and beyond, even going to the store to ensure he got longer screws to secure it safely. I highly recommend his services as he is knowledgeable, timely, and thorough!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am firm fair and pricing will reflect the workmanship and quality received and I will not undercut my worth. The job isn’t completed and closed until the customer has expressed there opinion on if something needs fine tuning or all is a good! The customer is almost ALWAYS right. It’s the end result they are looking for and the best end result is what they shall receive.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Make the customer feel comfortable that they selected the correct person for the job and be personable. I have found that a well informed customer is always a happier customer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am NATE certified In the HVAC industry and also carry a universal refrigeration license. Biggest benefit is that I have over 15yrs of hands on construction field related knowledge and have learned many tips and tricks from Master Craftsman and carry this knowledge over to my work.
