I provide detailed cleaning! Included in all estimates for starters are:

Additional services can be included upon request. Just ask; no job is too big or small! A detailed estimate will be provided before each service.
Scheduled cleaning is available for one-time cleaning, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning. Holiday cleaning services are also available.
I clean homes, offices, and apartments, whether it is occupied or not. I also clean personal items damaged by wind, flood, or fire. My schedule is very flexible, and I am punctual, trustworthy, and respectful!

Krista cleaned for me for a few months while my regular housekeeper was recuperating from an illness. She did a great job and was very meticulous. We have a three bedroom, two full/two half bath townhome with a lot of stairs, so it's not an easy place to clean. The bathrooms, kitchen and floors were always spotless after she left, which was no small feat considering we have a large and hairy golden retriever. The only reason that I did not keep Krista on full time was because my orignal housekeeper recuperated and she had been with us forever and I felt obligated to bring her back, but if circumstances change, I would call Krista back in a minute. Her rates are very reasonable especially considering that she also brings her own cleaning supplies.

If you are looking for honest work and someone to do general cleaning or even a deep clean, do not hire totally clean. I requested for a deep clean, but didn't even get the basic things cleaned. Blinds still dusty, soap scum in the shower, appliances weren't cleaned off, bathroom floor sticky, foyer not swept, bathroom mirrors not cleaned. I was totally disappointed with Krista's service and will have to now look for another service provider to complete what she didn't attempt to do.

Very dishonest client, house was very messy and hadn't been cleaned a minute and client claimed it wasn't that bad. We had a schedule set for days and client called to almost exact minute of me walking out door to push time to later in day and no reason why. She also called 4 other times to discuss work and time each conversation being the same. I did do the work but some people are not easy to please no matter how hard you try. Just call my several other clients and ask them for a reference- people I clean homes for on a regular basis. Client did not like a SINGLE thing I did and either claimed it wasn't good enough or hadn't been touched. Sharita is dishonest, controlling and not a client anyone wants to work for unless you are prepared for lots of static.
