My advice would be to find someone honest! When you hire people to clean your house you always want to be sure they wont steal your things! Also look for someone who can do well at cleaning! Don't hire someone who does a half job! Be sure to Find someone who doesn't over charge or take extra time cleaning that's taking advantage!
