What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask you several questions about your home or business and can often give you a quote based on the interview. We may come out and inspect your home to see if you actually need the ducts cleaned. We will go over our process with you completely to answer all your questions and then schedule your cleaning. We will call the day of service to verify your appointment. We will come to your home or business and clean your system. We will have shirts on that have our logo and name. We will leave your home as clean or better than when we arrived. We will collect payment when the work is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We belong to a duct cleaner's network that shares best practices and has an annual conference to improve our profession. We are able to draw on many years of experience to provide the customer with the best service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We wanted to help people improve indoor air quality and provide a good value for our customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with homeowners, renters, property managers, heating and cooling companies, contractors, restoration companies, commercial and industrial maintenance managers, and governmental agencies.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of the first houses we cleaned was mine (Jim). My wife and I both had sinus issues, infections, and upper respiratory infections multiple times each year. One of our return air registers is in our bedroom. The amount of dust and dirt in the return duct was significant. We have not had an infection since cleaning our ducts and can sleep much better now. It takes 2-4 hours to clean most homes. Larger homes with multiple systems takes longer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should be able to get a solid estimate before hiring. We can do most over the phone but will come out and give you a free estimate if you live in the Indy Metro area.
A few questions I would ask before hiring anyone;
Q. What kind of equipment do you use?
Our equipment produces 15,000 cfm of air flow to place your duct system under negative air pressure and carry the dirt from your ducts to our truck.
Q. What is their process?
We will hook up to your air ducts placing them under negative air pressure, then use air whips at 175 psi to break loose all the dirt and the vacuum will carry it out to our truck and we leave no mess for you to clean up.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In our profession, there are many who clean ducts as a side service. Duct cleaning is our main business. There are also some that are not reputable. Please use caution when deciding to have your ducts cleaned and check any company out before hiring.
