Chef Alexa and her team of experienced professionals were awesome. The quality of the food was second to none, at the best price around. I did not want heat and serve food that other caterers were quoting. I wanted REAL farm to table food and that is exactly what I got. My guests were raving about the food and wanted to know who catered my event so they could book them for their next event! They even have a food truck!

She is very personable and flexible with any menu and timeline. I have attended a few events that she catered and the food was to die for!! From catered fine dining to backyard event style, Tracey does not disappoint. We had an outdoor BBQ that Tracey catered. Smoked pork was AMAZING! Jalapeño cornbread was AMAZING!! And the pasta salad was just as good. Saved me so much time in prep and clean up and allowed me to host. Very worth the cost!!

He was a pleasure to do buisness with. He made the best pulled pork BBQ Nancho's He came to my home and smoked the pork and it took about 8-10 hours. He is a very caring person and he made sure that we where fully sastified with our Food. The quality was outstanding and he puts alot of hours into smoking for the best quality.
