I am constantly reading the latest journals and studies to ensure I am prescribing the most efficient exercise program possible.

I felt how exercise changed my life, personally, and wanted to share that experience with others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I assist with weight loss, muscle toning, muscle building and strength, sport specific fitness and power, balance and stability, or any other goal a client may have.
