Tony was early to arrive, but text me first to make sure that was ok. He immediately identified the problem with my fuse box and why I was not getting hot water. He was in and out in less than an hour and that included going to get a part. He was very professional and informative and didn't leave a mess. I was extremely happy with his fee and his work. I would call him again, most definitely!

I needed a hot water heater replaced, and Mo was great at getting the information he needed from me easily, as well as got me on the schedule two days later, day after a holiday. He and Joe were great at explaining what needed done, what they needed from me, and testing everything out with me after the fact. The price was very reasonable, and I'll happily recommend their work to anyone I know who needs similar work done.

Replaced a gas control valve on our water heater. He came out on a Sunday and restored our hot water quickly.

I'm a new hot tub owner so getting the water to balance was a pain. I called Royal Spa and they were no help. I called J&P Pools and Spa, Jerry answered my text right away. Came out the same day, showed me what the problem was. Drained the hot tub, filled it back up and had my water balanced the same day! I will be using J&P Pools from now on.

Remodeled two bathrooms including demolition, new tile floor and tub surround, installation of new fixtures, and new baseboard. They also demoed old kitchen tile, replaced several damaged doors and casing, repaired drywall damage and added a new tile landing in front of a door. Because of their great job I've rehired them for several other jobs on my house. They are fair, honest with pricing and easy to reach. This has been huge since I'm out of state not truly overseeing the job. He sends me updates with photos nearly daily. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Commication was good. The two issues we had was dipping the concrete brush in the swimming pool and mixing all the concrete beside the pool we are still trying to get the concrete dust out of the pool. Travis was very nice and I'd hire him again.

Was very knowledgeable about in general pools and what parts were needed to winterize properly. I would use them again.

Warren installed a new commode, new kitchen faucet, replaced bathroom fixtures and repaired bathroom faucets for us. He repaired and painted our cool deck around our pool and re-grouted pool tiles. He also painted our garage doors and trim. He did a great job and found ways to save us money on the supplies. I would highly recommend his work.

Justin and Travis did a great job with the pool in our backyard. They helped understand each of the steps in the process and made sure that we were happy with the end result. The in ground pool that they put in our back yard looks great! I can't wait to use it. I would recommend them to anyone putting a pool in. The value provided along with the quality of work will be hard to find anywhere else.
