I hired Brian to install quarter round trim in 6 rooms and hallways in my house. I just had the wood floors refinished and needed quarter round trim installed. Brian and his assistant were friendly, courteous and conscientious in their work. Most of all they were fast! After completing the job, Brian asked me to inspect the work for quality and also explained what he would do on installing quarter round in the closets, which was an extra task that I had asked him to complete when he arrived. When I pointed out some marring on stair trim caused by his equipment, he quickly fixed the problem. It's obvious that he wants happy customers. It would have been better had he been clear before starting work on the extra cost for the extra work requested, so there wouldn't be any surprises or misunderstanding when it came time to pay. However, the good quality workmanship, professionalism and quick turn-around for the work performed was worth the cost.
