- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep it simple. Personalized training at one of our facilities is based upon the number of hours you want to train. Membership in the association is $60.00/year. Seminars and private lessons are priced according to the cost of my travel and lodging.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, and I feel that this is what keeps me on the leading edge of what I do. Currently I am cross training with a police sniper, a tactical knife instructor and master grade instructors in two types of Kung fu. I teach them and they teach me and we all become better for it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began training in the combative sciences at a very young age. From marksmanship to grappling, I could not get enough of it. When I was 10 years old, my mother put me in an Isshin-ryu Karate school and from the first time I did free fighting I was hooked. I dedicated my life to being the best combative scientist I could be and to one day being a teacher. Over time I came to realize the diversity of self-preservation and I never looked back.
