Introduction: Mr. Technology makes house calls and will be happy to take as much time as needed to explain repairs, upgrades and other options. Our rates are extremely competitive and our turn-around time is generally fast. Mr. Technology not only offers computer repair but will be happy to provide some basic lessons for using software and hardware. We also provide phone and email support to our clients. For Mr. Technology the most enjoyable and rewarding part of the job is helping the novice user overcome their fear of computers and peripherals. We often tell people, "You really can't hurt it unless you take a hammer to it." This rather humorous saying alleviates peoples' fears by injecting some levity into the repair situation. Since many of our clients are quite mature and were not raised in a technological age it is very important to put them at ease when they call for help and support.

Bob made my computer like new. It had multiple problems and he solved them. He spent time going over everything he found, how he solved it, and left me written directions. He also indicated that I could call him any time with questions or concerns. He was reasonably priced and I had full faith and trust in him and his knowledge of repairing my computer. Outstanding. He met me exactly when and where we agreed so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to his shop in Huntington. He performed the IT services we discussed in advance and charged exactly what he said he would. He then met me again to reduce my travel distance to pick up my computer. Bob was very helpful in resolving my computer issues. He came to my house for diagnosis, then took my computer with him and kept it for 48 hrs. to fully resolve the problem. We then had him do the same for my husband's computer. He is very prompt, patient and approachable with follow-up questions. I would highly recommend his services.

Bob was awesome. He quoted me a price and that was what I payed with the exception of shipping for a RMA on my motherboard that was under warranty. I was leary of just letting anyone work on my computer. It is a high dollar gaming computer that I use for choreographing pyromusicals. I will not hesitate to use Bob again.

Mr. Technology features competitive pricing and will work with the customer to find a solution that is both effective and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer has contacted Mr. Technology one of our representatives will get the appropriate contact information and a description of the service required. Then the customer will be given an estimate and options for pick up or drop off of equipment to be serviced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 Associate of Applied Science degrees in various Information Technology disciplines including Security, Networking and PC Maintenance and repair.
