I was really intimidated by the idea of trying boot camp but Todd has been really good at working with me. When I started, I couldn't do a single sit up or push up. I'm a non-athletic, almost-50 mom of 3 teenage girls. Now, I can do sit ups and push ups and all sorts of stuff I never thought I'd be able to do!

Todd's class is awesome. I was invited by a friend and I thought OK I will try it. I have now been there for over a year and I love it. The workouts are challenging and fun. You never feel like you are an outsider as you are welcomed into the class and get to work with some great people.. I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life with this class. Thanks Todd for pushing us hard and helping us to obtain our goals... Everyone should try this class for a month and see if you don't fall in love with it..

    Downtown Boot Camp does individual and group fitness training. Client can expect weight loss, increases in strength, endurance, muscle tone, stamina, coordination etc. We offer 20 classes weekly with 3 curricula. Boot Camp, Boxing and Kettle Bell classes. Each curriculum has unlimited attendance for your convenience. Private sessions may be scheduled Monday through Saturday and are tailored to the individuals goals. Downtown Boot Camp also provides diet and nutritional advise and curricula for sports such as marathons, triathlons, soft ball, basket ball and other.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Downtown Boot Camp offers a 30 day trial for only$39 that includes all scheduled classes to see if you like the classes offered. There is no commitment or obligation with this trial month. Personal sessions begin with a free assessment and 1 hour workout. There is no commitment or obligation with this session. The purpose is to listen to your goals and provide a map to achieve them and for you to see what kind of exercises Downtown Boot Camp uses to deliver your goals.
