- What types of customers have you worked with?
Downtown Boot Camp does individual and group fitness training. Client can expect weight loss, increases in strength, endurance, muscle tone, stamina, coordination etc. We offer 20 classes weekly with 3 curricula. Boot Camp, Boxing and Kettle Bell classes. Each curriculum has unlimited attendance for your convenience. Private sessions may be scheduled Monday through Saturday and are tailored to the individuals goals. Downtown Boot Camp also provides diet and nutritional advise and curricula for sports such as marathons, triathlons, soft ball, basket ball and other.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Downtown Boot Camp offers a 30 day trial for only$39 that includes all scheduled classes to see if you like the classes offered. There is no commitment or obligation with this trial month. Personal sessions begin with a free assessment and 1 hour workout. There is no commitment or obligation with this session. The purpose is to listen to your goals and provide a map to achieve them and for you to see what kind of exercises Downtown Boot Camp uses to deliver your goals.
