Introduction: I have owned and operated my shop on my own since 1996 providing professional service with extreme care and pride for perfection for every customer I have. If you enjoy high quality products and one on one service, that is what I offer. Accountability, Reliability and Trust. I stock over 12,000 fine art prints and over 3000 frame samples to choose from. Now also offering fine antiques in my shop. I love my business just as much today as I did the first day I started it. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I had completed a marathon and found Ed on Angie's List to have the bib, picture and medal framed. Ed struck a great balance between offering his expertise without designing everything for me. Despite having several customers in the store he did not rush me in the slightest. The pricing was more than fair - it was very comparable if not better than the 50% off prices that you find at some of the large national retailers. The quality was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail when I picked it up. It looked great, but also had some small touches that I appreciated. For example, he had taped a small bag to the hanging line on the back with a nail and metal hanger to hang the frame. He also was nice enough to send a picture message over when the frame was done to let me know it was ready. Ed takes pride in his work and understands what it means to have great customer service. I will be Picture This Framing for me framing needs in the future.

Standard picture hanging service is $60 per hour plus same rate to cover travel time. Custom picture framiing services all vary depending on your needs and choices made.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to offer my custom framing services here at my well equipped shop. I offer my picture hanging services generally evenings after I close my store.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated my shop since 1996 with many different challenges and experiences learned from hands on.
