- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is an every day experience with myself. I always get new customers calling in. I start off by introducing myself and explaining our services. They tell me what they would like and I let them know my process of cleaning and quote them over the phone. Then find the best day available that works with there schedule to get the cleaning done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through over 500 hrs. our class work to be certified in what I do. I am IICRC certified carpet cleaning and restoration.
