I attend my local American Culinary Federation meetings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to cook and decided at 50 to do something I had wanted to do for years and go back to college and be trained by the professionals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I plan the event and and also will stay for the event to replenish the food. I will then break down the event and do all the dishes and leave your kitchen all clean so you can enjoy your party. You will not ever have to be in the kitchen.
