I currently have my home listed with Urszula Gieker and she has taken a very proactive approach to the marketing and listing of my property. She did not settle on just putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best... As my realtor she has displayed a wide array of skills by coming in and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of my home and property. After that she implemented a plan of staging the home to display an organized and flowing cohesiveness that when a potential buyer walks through it they can envision mental ownership! I always wanted to be a real estate agent, however was not able to before because I had a good corporate job. After a layoff, I figured what do I have to loose? I have been in real estate ever since.
