- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every client is different, we do not offer standard packages. We do offer Complimentary Consultations, so, that we can speak with you about your plans & vision. We will work with you to customize a package to fit your specific needs, wants and budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, my process starts with a simple phone chat! I like to find out some basic details and learn more about the ideas each prospective client has in mind. This is also a great time for them to get to know me and learn a little about my services. If it is a match and we both feel it is a good fit......................We will schedule an initial consultation to include: 1. Defining Your Vision as Our New Client 2. Outlining Our Services 3. Sharing Samples, Color matching & Finalizing decor ideas 4. Setting Budget & Customizing Package 5. Creating a Personalized Action Plan 6. Executing the Plan & Bringing Your Vision to Life!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started with my own wedding over 25 years ago. I've been doing it ever since starting with close family and friends and have been adding new "family and friends" along the way!
